Objective

Produce two authentic and compelling 2-3 minute client impact story videos built around the testimony of a client who worked with Think Company to solve a specific set of problems for their organization.

Goals

  • Establish credibility and build trust

  • Create a powerful tool for the Sales Team to captivate decision makers, bring in more revenue, and shorten the decision timeline.

  • Give our audience a clear and authentic picture of what is it really like to work with Think Company.

Audience

  • Prospective clients, existing clients, and their influencers (peers)

  • Enterprise and mid-market business leaders, VPs and Directors

  • Individuals accountable for improving internal systems, employee, and customer experiences.

Execution

For each episode, we’ll interview a current or past client about their experience working with Think Company, and craft their testimony into a compelling impact story according to the 3-act story framework, to ensure a compelling narrative that feels relevant and authentic.

The client’s testimonial story will be complemented with cinematic visuals focused on Think Company’s people, process, and infrastructure at work. Viewers will witness our “Thinkers” collaborate to help solve the client’s problem and deliver a valuable outcome.
